Volunteer RN Data Abstractors are registered nurses who volunteer their time to collect, review, and extract important clinical data from medical records for research, quality improvement, or registry purposes. They play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and completeness by identifying relevant information according to established protocols. Their work supports healthcare organizations, research studies, or public health initiatives by providing high-quality data needed for analysis and reporting.
