We're looking for a talented Revit Specialist to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of technical craft and collaborative delivery - translating ideas from sketches and verbal direction into accurate, coordinated drawings that project teams depend on. We're Holmes US - a structural engineering firm that's anything but boring! Your Impact
  • Provide BIM support across project teams, producing drawings from sketches, verbal instructions, and notes
  • Analyse input materials to determine the best approach for developing deliverables, working with minimal supervision
  • Create and manage Revit families that improve project efficiency and consistency
  • Manage submittal production for medium-sized projects and assist on medium/large projects
  • Collaborate with project leaders to coordinate consultant work and keep things moving
  • Contribute to the organisation of plans, sections, details, and elevations
  • Uphold office standards for design quality, production, and accuracy - including reviewing your own work
  • Manage distribution and filing of incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Apply project research and understand and implement relevant software and operating systems

  • An A.A. degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 4+ years of structural drafting experience or related experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam skills, including the ability to create and manage Revit families

Compensation
Estimated starting salary $66,500 - $102,000 USD + biannual profit share bonus potential.
