The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for inpatient weekend rounding on voluntary and involuntary Psychiatric Units at Clara Maas Medical Center.

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for performing duties independently following established and standardized procedures and methods referring questionable situations to physician.

The NP provides primary health care through assessment, diagnosis, clinical judgment and management to restore, maintain and improve the health status of patients.

  • Weekend Days
  • 2-4 shifts per month
  • 8a-4p or 9a-5p

Requirements

  • APN License
  • NP Certification
  • RN License
  • CDS and DEA
  • BLS and ACLS
  • Inpatient PMHNP experience
  • Geriatrics PMHNP experience
