Job Summary:
Are you interested in working and living in Grand Teton National Park for the summer Are you looking for an Experience of a Lifetime? If you answered, “Yes” to these questions, then consider working for Grand Teton Lodge Company or Flagg Ranch. The Dishwashing Lead position is responsible for supervising dishwashers and overseeing operations during assigned shift.
Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $18.75/hr
    • Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives
  • Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
  • Housing Availability: Yes 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervising a team of dishwashers during an assigned shift
  • Ensure all operational standards are upheld
  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
  • Ensure all items are clean, sanitized, and stored properly
  • Cleaning kitchen work areas, dish room, and equipment
  • Dispose of trash, recycling, and compost
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Job Requirements:

  • Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • 1-year supervisor experience
  • Dishwashing experience

Preferred:

  • Multi Outlet resort experience
  • Knowledge of dishwashing operations
  • High volume operations
