Position Title: Commercial & Industrial Construction Superintendent

Pay Range: $90,000-$100,000 per year + Year-End Bonus

Job Overview:

S.R. Construction Services LLC is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial & Industrial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for our commercial and industrial projects. As a key member of our construction leadership team, the Superintendent ensures each project is executed with the highest level of quality, safety, and schedule performance. The ideal candidate is professional, articulate, experienced in managing large-scale projects, and proficient with Procore construction software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
  • Enforce strict safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance.
  • Conduct jobsite safety meetings and submit required safety reports.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure worksite.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.
  • Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Review and approve T&M tickets; manage field documentation using Procore.
  • Support procurement, logistics, and material tracking on-site.
  • Submit daily field reports and weekly photo documentation.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree or 5 years experience in commercial or industrial construction supervision .
  • Strong knowledge of ground-up construction, TI projects, site work, MEP coordination, and finishes.
  • Proficient in Procore construction management software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • OSHA 10-hour certification required.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • No criminal record; clean driving record and professional presentation.
  • Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects as needed.
