We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager - Remote to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead enterprise security initiatives that strengthen our organization's security posture and support business objectives. In this role, you'll manage complex cybersecurity programs, lead cross-functional Agile teams, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to successfully deliver strategic security initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who combines strong program management expertise with a solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage enterprise cybersecurity programs using Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver security initiatives such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust, Cloud Security, and SOC modernization.
  • Utilize Jira and Jira Align to manage program planning, execution, reporting, and Agile release coordination.
  • Drive value stream management and continuous improvement across cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, and technical teams to prioritize work and deliver business value.
  • Monitor program risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and industry regulations, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOX.
  • Present program status, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and governance committees.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and support security risk management activities.
  • Develop and maintain a cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business strategy and organizational priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years managing enterprise cybersecurity programs or initiatives.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale security programs such as IAM, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, SOC modernization, or Security Transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Align for program planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), CIS Controls, and ISO 27001.
  • Experience with Value Stream Management and delivering programs within scaled Agile environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, SAFe SPC, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), CISSP, or CISM.
  • Experience with DevSecOps, Secure SDLC, and continuous compliance practices.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Government.
  • Consulting or client-facing experience supporting executive stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security technologies, networking, and cloud security.
  • Experience implementing globally recognized cybersecurity standards and governance frameworks.

Pay Transparency

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $87,120 - $181,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. 

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, lifeand AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
