We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Program Manager to join a landmark hyperscale data center development that is helping power the future of AI and cloud computing. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive QA/QC program.
  • Establish quality standards, inspection protocols, testing procedures, and reporting frameworks.
  • Create and monitor quality metrics and performance indicators.
  • Lead quality audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action initiatives.
  • Drive accountability across contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.
  • Identify quality risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure quality objectives align with project milestones and schedules.
  • Manage quality documentation, reporting, and workflows using industry-standard technology platforms.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience leading QA/QC, Program Management, or Project Management efforts on large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, mission-critical, or technology-driven projects.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, audits, compliance, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Experience utilizing Bluebeam or Procore.
  • Ability to drive results and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within a complex project environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Owner-side or Owner's Representative experience.
  • Hyperscale data center experience.
  • Experience building or enhancing enterprise-level QA/QC programs.
  • Commissioning, turnover, or operational readiness experience.
  • PMP, CQE, CMQ/OE, or related certifications.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate combines quality expertise with a strong program management mindset. You'll be comfortable creating structure, establishing processes, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving accountability across large project teams.

While owner-side experience is highly preferred, we are open to exceptional candidates from contractor or consulting environments who can demonstrate strong leadership, quality program experience, and the ability to operate at a strategic level.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $125.00/hr.
