Our mission is simple: To deliver the best soft tissue treatment on the planet through health care providers with a genuine passion for healing patients and a support team driven to provide every resource possible to impact the lives of our patients.
In this role, you will write robust, scalable scripts to automate the testing of our software, ensuring data integrity, system stability, and smooth digital workflows for both our clinicians and patients. The ideal candidate pairs technical scripting expertise with a proactive mindset for protecting software quality within a fast-paced engineering ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Resilience Testing: Design and execute integration, regression, and load tests to ensure system reliability and high availability for critical, patient-facing services.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Embed automated test suites into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to identify software defects early in the development lifecycle.
  • Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Daily Standups, requirements analysis, and sprint planning, working closely with developers to root-cause issues before they reach production.
  • System Quality Monitoring: Track development phases, document defects structurally, and monitor test outcomes to guarantee code releases meet all user needs and business goals.

Role Requirements:
  • Geographic Location: Hybrid structure requiring attendance at the San Antonio headquarters multiple times a month. Candidates must reside within a 2-hour driving radius of San Antonio (mileage reimbursement provided for commutes over 20 miles; no relocation or flight allotments available).
  • Professional Experience: 4+ years of dedicated software testing automation or development experience within a professional framework.
  • Technical Stack Proficiency: Strong programming and scripting capabilities in modern languages such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python, alongside direct experience with modern end-to-end testing frameworks.
  • API & Data Layer Validation: Proven experience testing and automating API endpoints (RESTful and/or GraphQL interfaces).
  • Operational Execution: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to self-manage, prioritize task loads, and solve intricate system regressions.
  • Legal Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications & Pluses:
  • Healthcare Domain Expertise: Previous experience testing platforms within secure, HIPAA-regulated environments or managing patient-facing health portals.
  • Compliance & Security frameworks: Practical familiarity or functional exposure to HITRUST Alliance controls and secure data verification rules.
  • Digital Accessibility Validation: Experience utilizing automated accessibility validation systems (e.g., Axe-core, Pa11y) to confirm compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards.

  • HSA and FSA options for medical & dependent care
  • Airrosti paid Life, Short-term & Long-term Disability insurance
  • Voluntary Accident, Hospital & Critical Illness insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • 401k Plans with an employer match & vesting schedule
  • Paid Parental Leave
