Your Impact
As an Assembler, you will play a vital role in building and inspecting ultra-miniature aerospace components that must meet exacting industry standards for quality, safety, and performance. Your precision and attention to detail will directly support efficient production operations and help ensure the reliability of products used in advanced aerospace applications.
What You'll Do
In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Assembling fabricated parts and components at designated workstations following detailed product specifications and work instructions
  • Operating a variety of manual and semi-automated production equipment according to documented procedures
  • Performing specialized assembly processes such as wire bonding, gap welding, eutectic die attach, and epoxy attach (training provided as needed)
  • Handling ultra-miniature materials and components, many visible only under a microscope
  • Performing precision work under a microscope for extended periods of time
  • Inspecting components and finished assemblies to identify defects and complete necessary adjustments or repairs
  • Following established safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing protocols
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Reporting production or quality concerns promptly to supervisors or production leadership

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent hand-to-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to use tweezers and small hand tools for precision assembly work
  • Ability to work under a microscope for up to 8 hours per day
  • Basic computer skills for documentation, reviewing drawings, and time entry
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures

Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2+ years of hybrid, chip and wire, or solder assembly experience preferred
  • Previous experience in precision manufacturing, electronics, or aerospace assembly environments

Work Environment
  • Structured production setting with direct supervision and clearly defined guidelines
  • Routine, hands-on assembly work with opportunities to learn specialized aerospace manufacturing techniques
  • Exposure to machinery and moderate environmental conditions, including chemical, physical, or biological elements
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. with limited repetitive lifting

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
