Why Work Here?

You will join a small, friendly team in a modern facility where contractors receive the same respect and inclusion as permanent employees. The organization offers a clear path to permanent hire within approximately five to six months and provides hands-on training for entry-level candidates with no prior experience. Work Environment

You will work in a clean-room environment that requires wearing a lab coat, hair covering, gloves, and safety glasses, with no makeup allowed to maintain product cleanliness. The facility is a newer, well-maintained building with a small-company, family feel and approximately 50 people per shift. Many employees have been with the organization for over 15 years, contributing to a stable and collaborative atmosphere. Shifts include a first shift from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with overtime on Saturdays, and a second shift from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with overtime on Saturdays.
