Job description

Are you an experienced production line operator looking for a rewarding role? Quality Harvest Foods is hiring Line Operators to manage and maintain production line equipment with precision and care.

We’re offering positions for Day Shift. Choose the shift that works best for you and join a supportive team where your skills and dedication are truly valued.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Adjust equipment such as sheeters, sifters, conveyors, guillotine, cutters, and v-mags as needed to maintain optimal production.
  • Assemble and organize all equipment required for each product run.
  • Record production speeds, weight checks, and other data accurately.
  • Monitor and sustain production speeds according to the production schedule.
  • Assist with changeover tasks, including preparation, cleaning, inspection, and equipment adjustments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Promote safety and positivity on the production floor.
  • Follow and enforce quality procedures to ensure product excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Two to three years of production line experience is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Must speak, read, and understand English for safety and communication.
  • Able to read and document Safety Data Sheets and production records.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Pay Range:

  • Day Shift - $21.00

Hours:

  • Day – Monday through Friday 5:00AM - 1:30PM Hours range from 20 - 40 hours depending on production needs
