Job description

We are seeking a Medication Labeler to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.
The Basics
Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Compensation: $18.00/hour

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Generate and print accurate prescription labels
    • Review labels for accuracy and print quality
    • Apply labels to finished medication preparations
    • Deliver labeled medications for pharmacist verification
    • Prepare products and containers for packaging or sterilization
    • Apply sterility seals to injectable veterinary medications
    • Maintain labeling supplies and inventory levels
    • Track label usage and maintain documentation records
    • Keep workstations clean, organized, and inspection-ready
    • Follow pharmacy procedures to ensure quality and compliance

What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED
    • Willing to obtain NJ Pharmacy Technician License (we will train you)
    • Experience in manufacturing, production, or compounding preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
    • Ability to follow formulas, procedures, and batch instructions
    • Comfortable working with chemicals used in compounding
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to stay focused in a production environment
    • Positive, team-oriented attitude
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Ability to stand and work in a lab/production setting
