As an AIT Worldwide Logistics intern, you will join a rotational program that provides a high-level overview of station operations, followed by formal instructor-led training, an opportunity to work hands on in operational departments, exposure to senior leaders and exciting opportunities to see the supply chain firsthand.   Depending on the location where you are stationed, each intern may get exposure and formal training in air freight, sea freight, road, warehousing, customs and corporate functions.

Our internship program is a great way to learn about logistics – one of the most important industries in the world – with one-on-one support from a global leader. 

Once you have satisfactorily completed one of our global internship opportunities, we would like to stay in touch with you to see if there is an opening to join our Early Career Development Trainee program.


  • Gain practical experience by working alongside experienced team members, learning how to manage and optimize the supply chain.
  • Attend formal training sessions led by industry experts to learn about AIT products, regulations, process and systems.
  • Earn an AIT Evolve Certificate in either Air or Ocean operations
  • Perform data entry activities, database management operations and maintenance of client files.
  • Convey and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times while providing extraordinary external and internal customer service.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

  • Bachelor's Degree - Recent graduate or graduating within the next 12 months in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field. 
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and be a fast learner.
  • Bilingual in additional languages a plus

In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
