Position Description/Background:

A successful candidate will possess superior communication skills, solid organizational skills, strong analytical skills as well as a passion for developing impactful client relationships. They will have a clear understanding of the sales process, the ability to effectively prioritize and knowledge of the capital markets. They must be self-motivated and adhere to our Core Values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing financial advisors in order to market Crossmarkโ€™s products, as well as identify new sales opportunities within their territory to meet sales goals
  • Raise and retain assets within a geographic territory by making proactive phone calls to financial advisors to share sales ideas, provide product information, gather marketing data and offer sales support
  • Deliver effective presentations to promote Crossmark products, services and competitive advantages
  • Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy with Regional Vice President (external wholesaler), and sales leadership

Qualifications:

  • Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) required or must be obtained within 90-days of hire
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 1-year experience within the financial services industry, preferably in Sales
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills, including the ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience preferred
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a changing fast paced high call volume environment, with enthusiasm and a positive attitude

Pay Type: $70,000 - $80,000 Base Salary + Commissions
