Responsibilities include greeting patients, supporting staff, following safety guidelines, and upholding the organization's values. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet all patients upon arrival.
  • Assist and direct patients throughout the facility as needed.
  • Understand and adhere to assigned duties, organizational rules, and safety protocols.
  • Complete all duties assigned by supervisors and promptly report any issues.
  • Attend required training sessions and seek clarification when needed.
  • Uphold professionalism in all interactions with staff, patients, and visitors.

  • Notify supervisors if you are running late or unable to fulfill your duties.
