Our multidisciplinary team, which includes experienced physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff, collaborates to offer a comprehensive suite of hospice services, from pain management to spiritual support. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides direct care/companionship to the Hospice patient.
Provides preparation of meals.
Provides a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
Promotes positive, supportive, and respectful communication to the patient, family, and staff members
Provides an environment that promotes respect for the patient, while protecting their privacy and property.
Administrative Support
Provides clerical support to office staff.
Participates in special projects/fundraisers.
Professional Volunteer
Provides services according to the rules and standard of practice in their respective disciplines.
Promotes compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Uses effective interpersonal relations and communication skills.
Stays current with changes in hospice regulations.
Promotes the Hospice philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to customers.
Performs other office duties as required.
