Responsibilities:
  • Examining and resolving defects in work pieces using various technologies, tools and equipment. Identify root causes and provide feedback to operations.
  • Adhering to quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure that work pieces are fabricated according to instructions.
  • Utilizing process and product audits to maintain a manufacturing process to weld metal parts together in required configurations.
  • Utilizing expertise of various manual or automatic welding systems to safely and accurately fabricate a quality metal structure.

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent experience desired

Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate these skillsets:
  • Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication and installation standards and specifications; ability to assemble and fabricate metal structures.
  • Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.
  • Knowledge of techniques and processes of robotic process automation (RPA).

*Relocation is not available for this position.
All training will be on 1st shift for up to 2 months before moving to hired shift.
Summary Pay Range:
$29.60 - $38.50
