Were a local family-owned and family-operated HVAC, plumbing and electrical company looking for a talented dispatcher/customer service representative to join our team. Were one of the fastest growing companies in the area and provide competitive pay and benefits and a culture and values encouraging long-term employment. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and high-energy team player. As one of our representatives, you will become part of a successful team.

Our offices are open Monday through Saturday 7 am to 7 pm. All applicants will be required to pass a drug test and background check prior to employment. Must live within 30 miles of our offices.

Minimum Requirements:

Candidate MUST BE GREAT ON PHONES.

Candidate MUST BE GREAT ON COMPUTERS.

High-energy level and ambition to be the best at his or her position.

Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to a changing environment.

Strong communications and team building skills.

Willingness to learn a proven way of doing things that leads to success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE

Location:

Magnolia, Texas (Northwest Houston)

Work schedule

7:00 am 5:30 pm Monday through Friday/ 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday rotation, plus rotating on-call schedule
