After training, you'll earn $12.00/hour plus tips, with guaranteed minimum earnings of $18.25/hour during barista shifts. Coffee Quality Expertise
  • Prepare espresso beverages, pour-overs, and brewed coffee to Commonwealth Joe standards.
  • Diagnoses and improves coffee quality through measurement and taste
  • Regularly cups and tastes coffees to develop palate and expertise
  • Help reduce waste while maintaining quality and consistency.

Customer Experience Expertise
