We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build scalable web applications, solve complex problems, and use AI tools to move faster without compromising quality. Our team places a strong emphasis on using AI-assisted development tools to increase efficiency, improve code quality, accelerate research, and automate repetitive tasks. We are looking for someone who sees AI as a powerful partner in the development process and knows how to balance speed with strong engineering judgment.

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Pay Range: $80,000 - 100,000 / Annually

Work Authorization At this time, we do not offer employment visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.  

What you will do?
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications
  • Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular
  • Develop scalable APIs and backend services using NestJS and TypeScript
  • Design, query, and maintain databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server
  • Build and support cloud-based applications and services within AWS
  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, UX partners, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews
  • Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the full stack
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, generate tests, refactor code, research solutions, and streamline development workflows
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve team efficiency through AI, scripting, and modern development practices
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, development trends, and AI-enabled engineering tools
What you bring to the table!
  • 4+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
  • Strong experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript development
  • Hands-on experience building applications with Angular
  • Experience developing backend services and APIs using NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks
  • Experience working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and/or Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based application development
  • Strong understanding of RES T APIs, authentication, authorization, and API integrations
  • Experience using Git and working within CI/CD development workflows
  • Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical partners
  • Comfort using AI coding assistants and generative AI tools as part of the development process
Nice-to-Haves That Make an Impact
  • Experience with Docker, microservices, serverless architecture, or event-driven systems
  • Experience with automated testing, unit testing, and test-driven development practices
  • Exposure to GraphQL, Redis, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code
