    • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, showers, tubs, sinks, and structural surfaces according to company and brand standards.
    • Change bed linens, make beds neatly, and replace soiled or damaged linens as needed.
    • Dust and vacuum furniture, appliances, and room decorations; sweep and vacuum carpets and hard flooring.
    • Replenish guest amenities, room literature, literature holders, and supplies per specific hotel brand standards.
    • Inspect rooms for operating equipment condition and safety hazards; report maintenance repair needs, "Do Not Disturb" signs, and lost-and-found items promptly to management.
    • Restock housekeeping carts, maintain clean supply storage rooms, and safely transfer dirty linens to laundry carts.
    • Warmly greet guests, respond cheerfully to guest requests, and provide helpful information about hotel amenities and local area attractions.
    • Adhere strictly to all safety, fire, security, infection control, and chemical handling procedures.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but on-site training is provided.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions clearly and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and guests.
  • Strong customer service skills, personal cleanliness, and a pleasant, professional demeanor.
  • Strong time-management skills, punctuality, and a willingness to perform routine cleaning tasks with consistent quality and detail.
  • Ability to recognize workplace hazards, follow protective equipment measures (PPE), and safely mix/handle cleaning chemicals.
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, reach overhead, twist, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
