OverviewWe’re seeking compassionate Care Partners to support residents with daily living needs in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This position has a starting wage of $20 per hour. You’ll provide personal care, support meals and dining, and communicate important changes in residents’ conditions to the Health & Wellness team. This role is key to ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, individualized care every day.

Responsibilities

  • Follow each resident's service plan in a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner
  • Document changes in resident condition per company policy and state requirements
  • Support Continuous Quality Improvement by identifying issues and communicating them to leadership
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines
  • Promote a safe working environment and report unsafe actions immediately
  • Report any suspected elder maltreatment or abuse according to policy
  • Communicate effectively with fellow Care Partners regarding resident needs
  • Assist with meal service including serving, clearing, and dining room cleanliness
  • Foster teamwork, respect, and positive interactions with residents, families, and coworkers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of caregiving or similar experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English and complete documentation accurately
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and show initiative
  • Compassion for and desire to work with older adults
  • Ability to meet health requirements including TB testing
  • Ability to pass required fingerprinting, background checks, and screenings
  • Certifications as required by state
  • Occasional weekend, evening, or night shifts as needed for coverage
  • Occasional travel may be required
