Job description

$500 Signing Bonus! We are seeking a friendly Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting the dental team in various procedures. This position requires a dental assisting permit.

Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists during examinations and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain the dental operatory, ensuring all instruments are sterilized and ready for use.
  • Utilize Eaglesoft EMR system for patient records management.
  • Provide chairside assistance during various dental procedures including general dentistry, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Experience
Candidates should possess:

  • Familiarity with dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and aseptic techniques is essential.
  • Knowledge of infection control practices to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • X-ray permit, NO2 certification, and CP are preferred but not required.
