• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand and evaluate the mental health needs of individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a comprehensive insight into their emotional state and circumstances.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health care, taking into account the unique challenges faced by hospice patients and their families.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of patients experiencing grief, anxiety, and other psychological difficulties related to terminal illness.
• Regularly collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical and nursing staff, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care, ensuring all aspects of the patient’s health are addressed.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a robust foundation in clinical practices and theories.

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in clinical social work, particularly in settings that involve complex emotional and psychological issues.
