Junior Electrical Wiring Technician - Bensalem, PA | Entry Level | Wire Harnessing & Control Panel Assembly

Volt is immediately hiring a Junior Electrical Wiring Technician in Bensalem, PA. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates interested in wire harnessing, electrical assembly, and industrial control panel wiring. As a Junior Electrical Wiring Technician, you will:
  • Assist with wiring, wire harnessing, and assembly of industrial machinery control panels
  • Help with layout, population, and wiring inside electrical control enclosures
  • Read and follow basic electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and written work instructions
  • Assemble mechanical and pneumatic components as needed
  • Safely operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, taps, knockout punches, tape measures, etc.)
  • Perform basic continuity checks and visual quality inspections
  • Support senior technicians and mechanical assembly teams
  • Assist with equipment installations (occasional travel may be required)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well organized work area

Minimum Qualifications (Mandatory):
  • 6 months - 2 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial assembly (or related trade)
  • Basic understanding of electrical wiring and control panels
  • Ability to read basic schematics and drawings
  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
  • Willingness to learn automation and industrial systems
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Basic computer skills (email, documentation)
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to industrial automation or manufacturing environments
  • Prior experience assisting with control panel wiring

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour (DOE)
Shift: Mon - Fri 6:00am to 2:30pm plus overtime.
