Volt is immediately hiring for A Data Analyst in Lake Mary, FL
As a Data Analyst you will
  • Assess existing workflows, challenge legacy processes, and help design more scalable, efficient, and intelligent operating models.
  • Lead process re-engineering initiatives across Middle Office to simplify workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve scalability, control, and transparency.
  • Use digital tools, automation, AI, and workflow technologies to transform legacy operational activities into streamlined, technology-enabled processes.
  • Use JIRA to support end-to-end project lifecycle tracking, including documenting epics, stories, tasks, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery progress.
  • Translate business challenges into structured process designs, business requirements, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Apply data analysis and process metrics to evaluate performance, identify bottlenecks, and measure the impact of re-engineering efforts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skill
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar analytics and automation technologies.
  • Experience using JIRA for end-to-end project delivery, workflow management, backlog prioritization, and dependency tracking.
  • Prior exposure to financial services, asset servicing, or middle office functions is beneficial but not required.
