Essential Functions:
-Assist with all aspects of an NCAA Division II volleyball program.
-On-court coaching and skill instruction during practices.
-Assist with game-day operations and match preparation.
-Video breakdown and analysis of practice and match film.
-Recruiting support, including film evaluation and communication.
-Assist with camps, clinics, and community engagement events.
-Administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.

Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree required.
-Volleyball as a player and/or coaching experience required.
-Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
-Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
