Key duties include leading specific drills, analyzing player performance, providing in-game strategy input, managing equipment, and ensuring compliance with league rules. This role requires flexible hours for practices, games, and travel.Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Instruction: Assists with practice planning, leads skill-specific training for positions (e.g., setting, blocking), and provides in-game strategy input.Recruiting: Evaluates prospective student-athletes, visits tournaments, and assists with recruiting reports, particularly at the collegiate level.Administrative Duties: Manages team logistics, such as travel arrangements, scheduling, and updating team statistics (e.g., tracking opponent serving or attacking tendencies).Player Development & Welfare: Monitors academic progress, supervises locker rooms, and ensures a safe environment, including reporting injuries, as noted.
