Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Volleyball Coach to join our coaching team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the sport and a strong commitment to nurturing young athletes. As a coach at Lionheart Volleyball Club, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide players, helping them grow both as individuals and as a team. If you are an encouraging, knowledgeable, and positive mentor, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and conduct effective practice sessions.

  • Teach fundamental volleyball skills and advanced techniques.

  • Develop and implement game strategies.

  • Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.

  • Communicate regularly with players, parents, and club management.

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

  • Represent Lionheart Volleyball Club in a professional and positive manner.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience coaching youth camps or sports.

  • Previous coaching experience in volleyball (preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of the rules, strategies, and techniques of volleyball.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and respectful team culture.

  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

  • Background check clearance.
