3. Key Responsibilities
๏‚ท Design, develop, and integrate software components for gateway and extender products.
๏‚ท Implement and enhance Parental Control, firewall/iptables, DHCP, SNMP, TR069/TR181, and network
management features.
๏‚ท Debug issues across embedded Linux kernel and user space.
๏‚ท Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for platform compliance and integration.
๏‚ท Optimize system performance and troubleshoot customer-reported issues.
๏‚ท Participate in code reviews, GTest/GMock unit testing, and CI/CD processes.
4. Must-Have Skills
๏‚ท 3+ years of embedded software development using C; C++ is a plus.
๏‚ท Strong RDK-B/OpenWRT/prplOS architecture and broadband gateway knowledge.
๏‚ท Hands-on embedded Linux experience, including kernel concepts and system debugging.
๏‚ท,  Strong TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTPand packet-flow knowledge.

๏‚ท Experience with firewall/iptables and IPv6 transition technologies.
๏‚ท Git/Gerrit and debugging tools such as gdb, valgrind, Wireshark, and tcpdump.
๏‚ท Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in complex embedded environments.
5. Good-to-Have Skills
๏‚ท Wi-Fi and IEEE 802.11n/ac/ax technologies.
๏‚ท OCSIS, MDoCA, and other broadband technologies.

๏‚ท TR-069/TR-181, SNMP, and remote management protocols.
๏‚ท Chipset SDKs such as Broadcom and Qualcomm.
๏‚ท WPA3, RADIUS, and SSL/TLS security protocols.
๏‚ท Docker/containerization and CI/CD pipelines.

๏‚ท Python or Shell scripting for automation and testing.
