Gloat is revolutionizing the recruitment world by bringing big-data to the job marketplace. We're now recruiting our founding team, and we're looking for smart people who would have fun participating in off-topic arguments over lunch.

As a Talent Success Manager you will be responsible for the success and satisfaction of the various talent groups that join the gloat platform as well as nurturing the overall gloat talent community.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for Gloat's user inquiries
  • Provide guidance to talent once they start the hiring process through the gloat platform Initiate, organize and participate in events and conferences
  • Become a subject matter expert of gloat and leverage your network and local events
  • Support & Monitor gloat's AI decisions with a human touch based on your experience as a recruiter Act as the voice of talents on the gloat platform to the product team and engineering



Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a technical recruiter in a tech or startup company Technology knowledge we don't expect you to be able to code, but need you to have proficiency in different coding languages and technical stacks A people person with great communication skills You know how to work on a small but highly effective team and can grow with us as we grow the company
