Job description

Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Bismarck, ND
Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office

Be the welcoming face of Vogel Law Firm.
We’re looking for a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our Bismarck team. As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and staff, you’ll play a key role in creating a polished and positive experience every day.

This full-time role requires a consistent and reliable schedule during regular business hours to ensure continuous front desk coverage.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct calls using our VoIP phone system
  • Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support, including scanning, data entry, and scheduling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready front desk and lobby area
  • Uphold confidentiality and assist with office tasks and projects as needed

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or admin training a plus)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, admin, or customer service role preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with VoIP phone systems preferred
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:
This role requires prolonged sitting, use of a computer, occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.), and the ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone. Reasonable accommodation will be provided.
