Job description

VNA of Boston is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant to work for our Dorchester team.

Visits will be in Dorchester, and surrounding towns if needed - Roxbury, Mattapan, Quincy

Working independently the PTA provides therapeutic care to patients and families that focuses on restoring, promoting or maintaining function and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM, no weekends, no holidays

Compensation based on experience $35.00 - $46.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement

Education:

  • Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.

Experience Preferred:

  • 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
  • Home Health experience preferred but not required.
