Job Description

8 to 10+ years Working experience as a technical consultant progressing through the development, team/tech lead, and technical manger roles (prefer for them to have a majority of their experience with consulting companies vs contracting)

Solid experience with database programming ; Strong database developer skills.

Experience with Oracle Exadata, Oracle Middleware, Sun, Oracle Virtual Machine and VMware. Responsibility is to plan, architect, migrate, tune, and support applications and databases from physical servers to virtual/cloud environments.

Proven depth of experience with the Oracle Database platform: it's operation, deployment, development with PL/SQL, contingency/data replication strategies, licensing, and immediate action / support.

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolutions, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency

Proven experience in the development of Oracle databases, and writing applications to interface with Oracle databases

Proven experience in PL/SQL writing

Proven experience in designing tables, storing procedures, views and functions

Management experience either as a direct supervisor or as a peer group leader.
