Job Description
CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company. We are currently looking for a VMWare Engineer/Consultant. For this opportunity, the ideal candidate will be working with multiple work locations across the U.S., We are currently in need of a Top Secret CI Poly/Full Scope Poly cleared VMware Engineer. The candidate will work onsite at one of multiple Army bases in support of VMware VCF deployments across the US. The team will consist of 5-6 team members, working alongside an Architect and Staff Consultant to deploy and optimize VCF at each site. The consultant will go onsite, analyze the environment and work with the team to come up with a plan for the customer to best utilize their new VCF environment. If consultants are not near an Army base that can support onsite work, travel expenses will be provided to get there on a weekly basis.
Required Skills
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with CI Poly or Full Scope Poly required
  • Consultants may have a local base to work out of or a travel budget to get them to one on a weekly basis.
  • We expect all roles to be fully onsite soon.
  • Experience deploying VMware VCF OR the product suite as separates and the ability to obtain VCF certification in the 30 days prior to starting the project
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • CompTia Security+ certification
  • VCF certification
  • VMWare, VCF 5.2,VCF 9.0 certifications preferred

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or 7 - 10 years' equivalent work experience
