Job description


Position: Regional Director

Department: Operations

Reports to: VP of Operations

Location: PA Market

Travel: Expected to be in the shops 80% of the time

About the Role: This position is responsible for leading the region assigned. The Regional Director will establish and maintain VIVE goals, culture, performance standards, growth, and unparalleled customer service. Through the 3 P’s of People, Process, and Passion, the Regional Director will provide clear expectations, necessary tools, training, and information to the General Managers. The Regional Director will be required to ensure quality repairs, safety, and profitability within the assigned shops using the VIVE playbook.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve regional goals
  • Coaching and supporting location managers to enhance their leadership skills
  • Monitoring financial performance and implementing measures to improve profitability
  • Fostering a positive team culture and promoting professional development among team
  • Thorough understanding of repair processes and procedures
  • Identify potential acquisition and brownfield opportunities in support of the company's growth
  • Work closely with the Talent Team to recruit and source qualified candidates for potential employment
Qualifications:
  • 5 plus years of technical experience in collision repair or collision estimating
  • Previous multi-shop leadership experience or extensive facility management experience is required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
