Viva Wellness Psychotherapy Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our rapidly expanding team. This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home or any other location of your choice. Our telehealth setup allows counselors to engage with clients via online platforms, making therapy accessible and convenient. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and needs.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their unique goals and challenges.
• Providing evidence-based individual therapy to adult clients through teletherapy, utilizing solution-focused and integrative approaches.
• Offering crisis intervention services when necessary, responding effectively to urgent client needs.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and training, to remain current with mental health best practices and industry standards.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. At Viva Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work with clients across different age groups and cultural backgrounds, allowing for a richly diverse therapeutic experience that is both rewarding and fulfilling. Each therapist can select their preferred therapeutic modalities to create an authentic connection with clients and foster effective healing.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients effectively and efficiently.

While diversity in experience is valued, candidates with prior work in teletherapy and an understanding of contemporary therapeutic practices are particularly encouraged to apply. Experience in crisis intervention and working with specific populations (such as veterans, children, or marginalized groups) will be a plus, as it enhances our ability to serve our clients holistically.

Viva Wellness offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
