As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Viva Wellness Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting clinical assessments and screenings for clients to identify mental health needs and risks.
• Developing integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other service providers.
• Providing a range of brief and focused therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Engaging in crisis intervention and management when immediate support is needed.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as appropriate to ensure effective outcomes.
• Participating in team meetings and collaborative care sessions to enhance service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining ethical standards and documentation as per organizational policies, including timely completion of reports and data submissions.
• Assisting clients in accessing community resources that enable their recovery and well-being.

Your work will primarily focus on clients who encounter major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders. You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and socio-economic statuses, ensuring that care is sensitive and tailored to their unique experiences and challenges.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
• Expert knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment modalities, risk assessment, and crisis management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective client interaction and teamwork.
• Demonstrated ability to function in a diverse environment, valuing different beliefs and interpersonal styles.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, critical for managing caseloads efficiently.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, we welcome applicants at various stages in their careers who demonstrate a commitment to mental health advocacy. Experience working in community health settings or with marginalized populations is highly advantageous.

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
