This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide high-quality care from the comfort of your own home. Collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, while leveraging video platforms and electronic health record systems to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status, using standardized tools and empathetic listening techniques.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet clients' specific mental health needs, integrating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care, sharing insights to optimize treatment protocols and enhance client outcomes.

• Empower clients' families through educational initiatives, helping them understand mental health issues and encouraging involvement in therapeutic processes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, adhering to legal and ethical standards while utilizing advanced electronic health record systems.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Vitality Family Care, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, and end-of-life concerns. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Candidates with advanced degrees are highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proven expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with other professionals in a remote setting.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, particularly within hospice, palliative, or similar settings.

• Demonstrated experience in creating treatment plans and leading therapy sessions that cater to varying client needs.

• Receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
