We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our passionate team. We are a 7-day-a-week operation offering freedom for you to set your own schedules within any combination of hours, days, including evenings and weekends. This is a Telehealth position (work from home in any US state).

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive and holistic care across the areas of peptide therapy, hormone therapy, weight loss, anti-aging, injury & recovery, cognitive health, sexual wellness, hair-loss, and skincare.
  2. Conduct professional telehealth consultations with patients, including hormone and general health assessments, lab screening, prescribing medication, and follow-up care for patients as indicated.
  3. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  4. Provide compassionate and meaningful care by employing shared decision-making with your patients, and collaborating with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
  5. Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health history, wellness goals, and access to medication.
  6. Provide ongoing clinical support to patients as they navigate their journey, including managing medication side effects and adjusting the treatment plan based on changes in the patient's progress against established goals.
  7. Complete required onboarding, engage in quality assurance processes, complete new provider training and quizzes, and adhere to company guidelines, policies, procedures, and protocols.

Requirements:

  1. Active Nurse Practitioner licensed in more than one of the following states:
    1. Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington
  2. Active DEAs in good standing in at least 1 state with a current license that you have with authority to prescribe Schedule III-V substances.
  3. Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
  4. Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner; 3-5+ years is preferred.
  5. Experience in at least several of the areas of peptide therapy, hormone therapy, weight loss (GLP-1), anti-aging, injury & recovery, cognitive health, sexual wellness, hair-loss, and skin care. Training is included but experience preferred.
  6. Exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on patient education and health built on a foundation of clarity and compassion.
  7. A patient-centered approach with an emphasis on care quality and outcomes.
  8. Willingness to learn, continue education, and stay up-to-date with advancements in the field.
  9. Minimum of 10 hours a week availability, available to book out at least a month in advance. 

What We Offer:

  • Pay is on per engagement basis, from $80+ per hour (20- minute appointments $35,  45-minute appointments $65) plus guaranteed payment for no shows or late cancellations.  Actual pay rate is determined based on type of appointment, level of experience, and area of expertise. Opportunities to move to a full-time position available. 
  • Compensation is also provided for providers on a per month - per patient basis to compensate for patient messages and refills.
