Data Reporting Analyst 

Location: Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area Hybrid

5-month contract

USC/GC
 

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL.
  • Experience with data quality assurance and documentation processes.

Plusses:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing data dictionaries and quality testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in reporting and data governance.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages.
