Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Business Intelligence Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Lead the development and delivery of data-driven insights, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support strategic business decision-making.
  2. Transform complex datasets into compelling narratives, visualizations, and executive-level presentations that drive action and measurable outcomes.
  3. Partner with stakeholders to define business objectives, KPIs, reporting requirements, and analytical strategies.
  4. Manage analytics projects, mentor team members, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver high-quality business intelligence solutions.
  5. Ensure data quality, governance, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement of analytics capabilities and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, insights generation, reporting, data visualization, or analytics consulting.

Technical Skills
