Job Summary:
Pratt Industries is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Logistics to support their operational business analytics. The role involves analyzing financial data, creating reports, and developing operational dashboards to improve fleet and third-party performance.
Responsibilities:
• Creating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly performance of 3rdparty and fleet operations.
• Analyze financial budget data and provide forecasting support.
• Develop operational dashboard with domo visualization application.
• Create power point presentations
• Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics
• Analyze current and past financial data and performance
• Prepare reports and projections based on analysis
• Identify trends in fleet and 3rdparty performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
• Provide financial models and forecasting
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance
• 1- 3 years of experience
• Advanced Excel Skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
• Familiarity with Visualization application product such as Domo, Tableau
• Strong understanding of principles of Accounting
• Creating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly performance of 3rdparty and fleet operations
• Analyze financial budget data and provide forecasting support
