Web MS Visual Studio Developer
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (On-site)
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Role Overview
We are seeking a Web MS Visual Studio Developer for a contract position. The primary responsibility will be to rewrite an existing application. This role requires on-site presence at the specified location and involves working closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to define requirements and project plans.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain web applications using MS Visual Studio.
  • Design and implement enterprise-level applications and software systems.
  • Develop complex stored procedures and perform SQL Server development.
  • Create and configure web services.
  • Ensure the quality and testing of code before deployment.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to build requirements and project plans.
  • Utilize JIRA and/or Horizon systems for ticket and release management within an Agile framework.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
  • 5+ years of web development experience.
  • 3-5 years of SQL Server development experience, with strong T-SQL skills.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing medium or large enterprise-level applications.
  • 2+ years working in an Agile environment.

Technical Skills:
  • JavaScript, C#, VB.Net, Web Forms, jQuery, and Bootstrap Framework.
  • Experience with MVC and API Frameworks is recommended.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in solving challenging technical problems.
  • Experience with JIRA and/or Horizon systems for ticket and release management.
Compensation & Benefits
A competitive compensation package is offered for this position. The pay rate for this role is between $60.00 and $65.06 per hour.
