ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES The MS SQL Data Warehouse Support Engineer will be responsible for directly supporting. Daily administration of Business Intelligence solutions. Provide maintenance and 2nd-tier production support for the current business intelligence environment/ Data Warehouse environment.

Develop, troubleshoot, and fine tune existing and new reports. Evaluate and implement best-practices to enhance our BI/DW solution. Facilitate the development of data integration efforts with the development team.

Develop, manage, and maintain data models, including physical and logical models of the data warehouse, data marts, development and staging areas and source systems as necessary to meet new and changing business requirements. Requirements TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS MS SQL Server 19 and above, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SharePoint/PerformancePoint Services, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio Business Intelligence Development Studio. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CAPABILITIES Supporting Legacy applications and data sources.

Knowledge and understanding of the software development life cycle. Advanced knowledge and experience in relational databases, SQL. Experience in database design and modelling for data warehouse and business intelligence applications, including relational database structures and normal forms.

Analytical and troubleshooting skills with complex technical subjects and tasks. Ability to present and explain complex technical topics, problems, alternative solutions to others. Documentation of the process and code.

Minimum of 8 - 10 years' experience. Experience in the Insurance industry or Oracle, PL/SQL, and other reporting solutions is a plus.
