Onsite RTO: Wed, Thurs, Friday, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Duration: 6 months duration with possible extension

Pay rate: $61-66/hr on W2

Job Summary

This is a project management role focused on driving cross-functional initiatives and alignment across the FinTech organization and beyond. You will be responsible for orchestrating the creation and delivery of professional presentations, slide decks, newsletters, and other key written materials. The primary goal is to apply project management principles to ensure all communications are clear, consistent, and on-brand, helping to streamline how we share information with both internal and external stakeholders. This role sits within the FinTech organization, a critical part of the CFO’s team responsible for building products and systems for global finance and accounting operations.

What You'll Do: Project Management & Execution
  • Initiation & Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for all communications initiatives, including presentations, newsletters, and reports. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, with a deep understanding of the financial and accounting context.
  • Execution & Control: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle. Lead project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and dependencies, with a strong focus on maintaining data accuracy and alignment with financial processes.
  • Content & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with a variety of teams across Finance, Accounting, and Technology to gather and synthesize content. Ensure all information is accurate and aligns with the strategic vision of the FinTech and Finance organizations.
  • Communication Strategy: Guide the creation of a consistent communication identity and visual style for all FinTech internal communications. Ensure all materials are clear, compelling, and tailored to the intended audience, including senior finance leaders.
  • Material Production: Serve as the central point of contact for the production of presentations, slide decks, and other key written materials. Facilitate feedback sessions and manage review cycles, ensuring the final output accurately reflects complex financial concepts.
Qualifications - Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 4 - 8 years of experience (YEO).
  • Proven experience in a project management role, with a focus on internal communications or content creation.
  • Strong skills in creating and managing the production of presentations, slide decks, and other written materials.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to leverage multiple AI and other content creation tools to create and streamline content.
  • Exposure to core finance processes and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP) with a basic understanding of financial data flows and the financial data lifecycle.
  • Experience with a variety of project management, presentation, and design software.
  • Experience working in a corporate communications or branding team.
  • A portfolio of work showcasing strong project management, writing, and design skills.
  • Big 4 experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, and KPMG).

    • They should understand what an ERP system is, how the financial data lifecycle works, and how to represent project risks, dependencies, and financial roadmaps visually.
    • Deep experience building high-stakes deliverables: investor relations style slide decks, organizational newsletters, program roadmaps, and year-end retrospective reports for senior leadership.
    • Proven ability to manage multi-week review cycles and synthesize inputs from completely different business units (Finance, Accounting, and Core Engineering) into a single, cohesive message.
    • Look for PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master), both of which are featured on the target resume.
    • Technical proficiency should encompass a robust toolkit that harmonizes core project management software (Planview, Jira, Smartsheet) with advanced data visualization and executive presentation platforms, specifically Advanced PowerPoint, Tableau, and Excel.
