As the Lead, Visual Merchandising B2B for North America, you will act as a strategic driver for the brand's physical presence, planning and executing high-impact in-store projects that elevate the retail experience. You'll be responsible for elevating our visual merchandising strategies, product storytelling and standards across physical spaces, ensuring a consistent, premium brand experience across all touchpoints. You'll chart new paths, continuing to drive scale and consistency. This role blends product presentation strategy, styling, training, and execution to bring product stories to life and drive premium excellence across retail environments.

 

Reporting to the Senior Lead, Visual Merchandising, you will play a key role in shaping On's cross-channel brand experience across retail spaces in North America.

 Your Mission
  • Responsible for driving On's visual standards across physical touchpoints and retail environments including B2B Accounts, Showroom Spaces and Events
  • Drive continuous improvement across partner spaces ensuring a high level of premium execution and consistency in the market with a focus on brand and commercial priorities
  • Develop guidelines, tools, processes and programs where needed to drive scalability and execution standards, ensuring successful execution across projects including seasonal visual merchandising guidelines, tool roll-outs, product launches, campaigns, and shop installations
  • Drive regional Showroom visual standards and execution, ensuring alignment with commercial and brand priorities while aligning to Global VM strategies
  • Work directly with Merchandising, Sales, Retail Design, Marketing and Retail Leadership Teams to deliver strong seasonal stories that align brand, commercial, and visual standards to amplify our premium positioning across the market
  • Work closely with Global Visual Merchandising to refine strategies and future developments to align with regional business and market needs
  • Collaborate with Store Design and Retail Marketing Operations to develop regionally lead in-store tools, storytelling needs and visual merchandising solutions for physical spaces
  • Review, assess and monitor execution in the field - evolving tools, strategies and training where needed in order to support execution
  • Conduct regular market research, ensuring a heightened level of understanding of the marketplace 

Your Story
  • 6+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, leading projects and execution ideally for a global sportswear or apparel brand
  • Strong collaboration skills across both internal and external partners
  • You have a proven track record of independently leading high visibility projects requiring multiple stakeholders 
  • Experience managing team members both directly and indirectly
  • You apply critical thinking to challenge prevailing assumptions and status quo. You aren't afraid to think outside the box to refine process and strategy
  • You demonstrate influential communication skills and can prioritize needs across a Global organization
  • You exhibit strong decision-making skills and are able to bring a forward thinking approach to the in-store brand experience across multiple touchpoints
  • Experience with and comfortable with hands-on execution 
  • A strong fashion sensibility and deep understanding of the retail landscape
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to On's retail spaces and global hubs
