Job description

As a Graphic Designer, you will turn strategy into high-impact visual work across paid media, email, in-gym environments, and scalable templates. From monthly offers to always-on brand assets, your work shows where members experience the brand.

You'll partner closely with Senior Graphic Designers and cross-functional with Marketing to bring annual brand campaigns to life while owning day-to-day creative execution with precision, consistency, and speed. You'll think beyond "making it look good" - you design with intention, solve problems visually, and understand how creative drives performance.

Design & Creative Development

  • Design original, high-quality visual assets across paid media, email, in-gym environments, video, OOH, and brand templates that feel intentional, modern, and on-brand.
  • Interpret creative direction and brand strategy into strong visual systems - typography, layout, color, and hierarchy - not just one-off assets.
  • Contribute design thinking and visual ideas during concepting sessions for brand and seasonal campaigns, partnering with Senior Graphic Designers to explore and evolve creative directions.
  • Elevate templated work through thoughtful design decisions that maintain consistency while improving clarity, impact, and usability.
  • Bring a strong point of view to everyday creative - ensuring even highly repeated or promotional assets feel considered and well-crafted.
  • Collaborate with Creative Director, Sr Graphic Designers, and Sr Content Creator on-set on occasion.

Execution & Adaptation

  • Execute monthly paid media creative including display ads, social templates, and campaign variations.
  • Design promotional email creative built to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Create in-gym POP, signage, and physical brand touchpoints that enhance the member experience.
  • Adapt and version designs across formats, sizes, channels, and audiences with accuracy and speed.
  • Apply and maintain brand templates, updating them as the system evolves.

Campaign & Brand Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Senior Graphic Designers during ideation and design development for brand campaigns.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently while understanding when and how to push within the system.
  • Partner with marketing and creative stakeholders to translate ideas into clear, compelling visual storytelling.

Production & Quality Control

  • Prepare production-ready artwork with strong attention to detail, file structure, and technical specifications.
  • Build launch-ready files and support projects through production, ensuring color accuracy, image quality, and design integrity across print and digital.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Team Integration

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and project managers to align priorities and timelines.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly and receive feedback with professionalism.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and cultural references - bringing fresh perspective that keeps the brand visually relevant.
