YOU WILL BE:

The Regional Director Visual Merchandise is responsible for elevating and executing the brand's visual merchandising strategy across a Region of stores. This role ensures all visual standards, corporate initiatives, and brand storytelling are consistently delivered to the highest standard.

You will partner cross-functionally to drive sales, enhance the client experience, and bring the brand to life through compelling visual execution. You will lead the visual direction that supports business growth while maintaining luxury brand standards.

YOU WILL DO:

  • Act as the brand steward for a designated fleet of stores, ensuring consistency in visual standards and storytelling

  • Partner closely with the corporate Visual team, Regional SVP, and cross-functional partners

  • Collaborate with Store Planning, Merchandising, Regional Operations, and Store Leadership to align on business priorities and execution

  • Ensure all visual directives are executed with precision, timeliness, and brand integrity

  • Provide in-store coaching and feedback to develop visual talent and elevate execution standards

  • Identify and develop high-potential talent, contributing to succession planning and internal mobility

  • Manage and prioritize workload across multiple locations, balancing strategic initiatives and daily execution

  • Partner with leadership to identify budget needs for windows, interiors, seasonal campaigns, and events

  • Drive visual strategies that support sales performance, client experience, and product storytelling

  • Act as a liaison between stores and corporate partners to ensure alignment on floor moves and merchandising strategies

  • Participate in regional and corporate calls, contributing insights and recommendations based on store performance

  • Support special projects, events, and initiatives as needed

YOU WILL BRING:

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury, department store, or big-box retail environments

  • Proven experience managing multi-store or high-volume retail environments

  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising at scale, including standardization, process, and execution

  • Background in fashion, styling, interiors, or visual display production

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through influence and cross-functional partnership

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize across a large fleet

  • Ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable visual strategies

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment

  • Experience in a luxury department store or premium big-box retailer

  • A strategic and innovative thinker who can elevate brand presentation while maintaining operational efficiency
