What You'll Do
  • Craft high-quality 3D artwork, visual concepts, key visuals, sketches, mockups, and creative explorations for social media, paid media, marketing campaigns, franchise initiatives, and community activations.
  • Translate complex creative briefs, business objectives, and marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts that clearly communicate ideas and inspire stakeholders.
  • Develop concept artwork, environmental imagery, product visualizations, campaign assets, and creative mockups to define and evolve visual directions for various projects.
  • Produce presentation-ready visual materials, effectively communicating ideas during planning, pitching, and creative development phases.
  • Ensure all artwork is adaptable across multiple channels and formats, including social media, paid media, websites, events, marketing campaigns, presentations, and partner materials.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Marketing teams, Social teams, and Producers to align artwork with strategic objectives and uphold brand standards.
  • Explore multiple visual directions and iterations, balancing the need for speed with an unwavering commitment to high-quality creative output.
  • Stay current on design, gaming, entertainment, technology, and cultural trends, proactively bringing forward new ideas, techniques, and visual opportunities to the team.
  • Experiment with new tools, workflows, and formats, including AI-enabled creative workflows, to improve efficiency, enhance creative exploration, and accelerate concept development.
  • Ensure all artwork aligns with brand integrity, accessibility standards, confidentiality requirements, and community guidelines.

What You'll Bring
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in 3D art, concept art, visual development, entertainment art, marketing design, gaming, or related creative fields. Exceptional portfolios demonstrating relevant experience can be considered in lieu of strict years of experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D artwork, concept development, visual storytelling, mockups, sketches, key visuals, or campaign creative.
  • Proven ability to take ideas from initial concept through to final execution, leveraging visual thinking and artistic craft to communicate clear direction and intent.
  • Significant experience as a social-first creative editor or social media content creator, with a focus on producing engaging social content that captures attention quickly and feels organic rather than overtly promotional.
  • Demonstrated ability to create social content that feels like a fun, authentic social media video, distinguishing it from traditional advertisements.
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color, form, storytelling, and visual communication principles.
  • Experience creating artwork that effectively supports both marketing objectives and audience engagement across a variety of channels and touchpoints.
  • Ability to work across different levels of fidelity, from rapid sketches and visual explorations to polished presentation materials and final artwork.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and creative tools used for modeling, rendering, visual development, and image creation.
  • Experience developing mockups, visual prototypes, and concept materials that help stakeholders understand and align around creative ideas.
  • Strong collaboration skills with proven experience partnering effectively across Creative, Marketing, Social, Production, Community, and leadership teams.
  • Comfort working in rapid creative cycles, efficiently incorporating feedback, exploring multiple directions quickly, and maintaining high quality under tight timelines.
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and excellent judgment when creating work for a global audience and a passionate community.

  • Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows for accelerating ideation, concept development, design exploration, rendering workflows, or iteration, while maintaining quality and originality.
