Overview

LMI is seeking a skilled Senior Graphics and Visual Communications Consultant to support Army logistics strategic communications, visual information, graphic design, multimedia development, and executive presentation initiatives. Successfully demonstrate competency in project execution, client delivery, critical thinking, relationship management, while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior. This position requires an active Secret security clearance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.

This position is part of the team supporting the Army HQDA G-4 ELISS program, delivering innovative solutions that enable critical Army logistics and sustainment missions.

Responsibilities

 

  • Support Army logistics visual communications initiatives through graphic design, multimedia development, project execution, and strategic communications.
  • Develop executive-ready briefings, presentations, infographics, visual products, reports, and communication materials supporting Army logistics leadership.
  • Design graphics, digital media, publications, exhibits, and visual information products that effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders to translate technical, operational, and strategic information into compelling visual communications.
  • Support branding, communication standards, templates, and visual identity initiatives across Army logistics programs.
  • Coordinate graphics production activities, priorities, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
  • Facilitate collaboration with project teams, communication specialists, and technical subject matter experts to produce high-quality visual products.
  • Develop data visualizations, dashboards, charts, and graphical representations that enhance leadership visibility and informed decision making.
  • Support multimedia production activities, including digital content, publications, visual displays, and presentation materials.
  • Conduct quality reviews of graphics, presentations, and communication products to ensure consistency, accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Support business development activities, including market research, proposal graphics, solution visualization, and client engagement, as required.
  • Perform additional consulting, analytical, visual communications, and project support activities as assigned.
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, Information Design, or a related discipline.
  • Three (3) to 10 or more years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, visual communications, graphic design, multimedia development, DoD, or other complex Government organizations.
  • Experience developing executive presentations, briefings, infographics, digital graphics, publications, and visual communication products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, or comparable graphic design software.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform complex technical or operational information into clear, visually compelling communication products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and visual presentation quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Self-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Available for occasional travel.
  • This position requires an active Secret security clearance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Advanced degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Three to 10 years of experience supporting Army logistics visual communications or other DoD organizations.
  • Experience supporting headquarters-level executive communications, strategic messaging, or enterprise communication initiatives.
  • Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, executive reporting products, digital publications, or multimedia communications.
  • Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements, user-centered design principles, branding standards, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience facilitating communication planning sessions and coordinating visual communication projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent research, writing, editing, visual storytelling, and staff coordination skills.

Target salary range: $84,000 - $110,000
